I took in a ring with a couple of loose diamonds and they fixed it while I waited. They also fixed a tie chain for my husband very quickly for a very reasonable price.

Highly recommended for all your jewelry and watches needs. - outstanding customer service, and quality workmanship. Dave replaced the missing diamond and secured the setting on the wedding ring 6 months ago at a very reasonable price. Today Dave personally greeted me and replaced the battery in my watch in less than a couple minutes. Can’t stress enough about the great customer service.

If you’re looking for a jewelry store, let me introduce you to a true hidden gem—Dave’s in Granbury. Now, I’ll admit, I haven’t spent a lot of time in jewelry stores over the years, but when I do, I expect great service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. And Dave’s delivers all that and then some! Granbury isn’t exactly overflowing with jewelry stores, which is why I feel incredibly lucky to have found one as exceptional as Dave’s. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, expertise, and the kind of customer service that makes everything sparkle just a little bit brighter. I even watched Dave interact with other customers, and it’s clear—this guy loves what he does, and it shows. So, a huge thank you to Dave and his team! I guess I’ll just have to find another excuse to buy more jewelry—if only to experience that top-notch service and friendly smile again. Highly recommend checking them out!

Best jeweler in the area, hands down. I drive over an hour to use Dave's Jewelry, because of their incredible work and reasonable prices. Beyond the exceptional prices, what really sets them apart is the trust factor. I brought in several heirloom pieces to be resized—items that are irreplaceable to me—and they handled them with such care. They came back looking better than I could have ever imagined! I also designed a ring setting for a stone passed down to me from my grandmother and Dave worked with me to bring the idea to life. The end product is incredible! His communication is very clear and he stayed in touch with me through every step of the process. Their custom artistry is flawless and they truly care about their customers. My pieces are total showstoppers and I get compliments on them daily. If you want high-end craftsmanship and an honest experience, this is the place to go. 10/10!

I just recently moved to Granbury and finally had some time to get new batteries for my watch that my mother gave me. The staff was very kind and super fast! I am also looking to remake my mother’s ring that is very sentimental to me. I had a wonderful experience with everyone there! The best jeweler I have ever been to! Dave and his family run an incredible business. Him and his wife are very kind and enjoyable people. They are welcoming and genuine. They do, honest, quality, affordable and quick work! Even if you’re not local, they are well worth the drive! They have a large selection of different kinds of jewelry. Everything that I have purchased from them has been very high quality! I bring my jewelry here to get cleaned as well and it always sparkles so much when I leave.

I accidentally bent my engagement ring and was so worried about getting it fixed, but Dave’s Jewelry completely saved the day. They repaired it quickly, cleaned it up nice and shiny, and the price was very reasonable. The whole process was smooth, quick and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them!
